Hi-Pro Feeds is a dynamic and progressive company that manufactures the highest quality feed products and provides nutritional support to livestock and dairy producers. We are currently seeking to fill a full time Production Operatorin our Friona, TX location.

The position summary: The Production Operator will be trained to perform multiple roles within the feed production facility and be able to fulfill any of these roles when required. This position will cover responsibilities in the areas of Mixing, Trace Area, Bagging, and Inventory Counts. The candidate will perform manual operational activities and operate machinery and tools. They will communicate daily with colleagues and supervisors. The Operator will work in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures, as well as technical standards.
We will require: A team player with warehouse or production experience who has attention to detail, proven ability to multi-task, computer literacy and basic math skills. Looking for someone who is passionate about their career, the animal nutrition business, acts like an owner, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must pass a drug screen and have the ability to do heavy lifting.
